Awful experience! Customer service does not exist here. It used to be a great company but has gone down hill fast! Please avoid people.
Lovely staff and always a great service
Charging 60 just to look at your car when you buy from them every year is a disgrace. Raging with their attitude. Makes me think twice about using Arnold Clark in the future. Poor, poor customer service.
Very slow service in the parts department. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing and did not care that their customers were standing about waiting for some feedback from the staff
Now on my 3rd Volkswagen from this Garage excellent staff and General Manager and salesman couldn't do enough to work round about us as customers. Would definitely recommend this Garage to anyone buying new car.
